The Asana Yoga Mat is a classic "Sticky Mat" Yoga mat made of PVC with a nub structure
The surfaces are non-slip, grippy, stretchy and shock-absorbing on both sides and offer reliable comfort for yoga or gymnastics exercises
Recommended for private use, as a studio mate only conditionally suitable
Please note that the grip of the PVC yoga mats is reduced by a lot of perspiration or moisture
